Improv Classes for Kids at Mound Elementary

Explore the fun art of improvisational acting!

Classes will include warm-ups, improvisational theatre games and rehearsed improvisation.

Taught by Mound mom and actress Karrie Carey! Karrie studied improvisation with Gary Austin, founder of “The Groundlings,” L.A.’s famous improvisational comedy troupe!

Schedule

Wednesdays from 2:45-4:00pm in Room 11 at Mound Elementary

  • Session 1: Nov. 5, 12, 19, Dec. 3, 10, 17
  • Session 2: Jan. 14, 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18
  • Session 3: March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 8, 15
  • Session 4: April 29, May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3
